• ​When: Saturday, September 18 - 8 am or 10 am
• Where: Smyrna Golf Course 
  ​101 Sam Ridley Pkwy E, Smyrna, TN 37167
• Price: $35/player - $130/team of four (Includes food)​
• Sign up deadline:  Wednesday Sept 15

Rules:

• Teams of four
• Individual players can sign up as free agents and they will be placed on a team
• If signing up individually with specific teammates in mind, please check the "write us a comment" box below and include their names
• No need to include all names when signing up as a team
