Information:

• ​When: Saturday, October 3 - 1 pm
• Where: Smyrna Golf Course 
  ​101 Sam Ridley Pkwy E, Smyrna, TN 37167
• Price: $35/player - $130/team of four (Includes lunch)​

COVID-19 Precautions:

• All participants and volunteers are required to wear a mask throughout the event
• Temperature checks are required upon arrival

Rules:

• Make sure to sign up on/before Wendnesday Sept. 30
• Teams of four
• You can sign up individually as a free agent and we will include you on a team
